I'm a mama of two beautiful babies, Walker & Brooklynn. Married to my biggest supporter in life, always encouraging me as I chase my dreams. We live in the heart of the Willamette Valley. My passion for supporting other families as they prepare for birth and postpartum really grew out of my own personal experiences. Both of which were drastically different. While each experience was faced with their own unique challenges, hard is hard, and they left me with a burning desire to connect and support other mamas on their own journey. You may not be able to plan your birth, or know what to fully expect postpartum, but you can certainly prepare.
I was born and raised in Oregon, making little moves all around the Willamette Valley. I have a Bachelor of Science in Business with a minor in Health from Western Oregon University, and a Masters of Public Health with a focus in health promotion and behavior from Oregon State University. I like to consider myself an extroverted introvert. You may laugh, but personality tests agree! I’m pretty equally split between the two, the best of both worlds! I love talking with others but also need my time to recoup. In all of my free time, I enjoy moving my body, being outdoors, and consuming all of the coffee!
